At RegenBotanica, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered promptly and efficiently. 
 

Order Processing Time:

 

We strive to process and ship the majority of our orders within 2 business days from the time of purchase. However, if there is a delay and it takes longer than 3 business days, it is usually due to stock or backorder issues. In such cases, we will promptly send out the order as soon as we receive a restock of the item.

If there is a significant delay in restocking and it will take an excessive amount of time, we will reach out to you to discuss the situation and provide options. This may include offering a more accurate estimate for the restock or considering a cancellation and refund for your order.

We understand that certain situations may require urgent attention. If you have an emergency case or need a more precise estimate, please contact us directly. Our team will be happy to assist you and provide the necessary information.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in any unforeseen circumstances that may affect order processing and shipping.

Free Shipping and More:

  • Orders are generally shipped via USPS.  However, we reserve the right to choose any other shipping services based on factors such as the shipping address, order details, and carrier performance. 

  • All orders will include a tracking number. 

  • Free shipping is offered for US orders over $75 (after discounts, before taxes) via USPS Priority Mail.

  • Orders under $75 incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $8.

  • International, Alaska, and Hawaii orders are not eligible for free shipping promotions; actual shipping charges based on weight and size will apply. Payment will be processed over the phone before shipping.  

  • Expedited shipping options like FedEx Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and 3 Day Express are available for phone orders.

  • International customers are responsible for covering the USPS shipping charge, which will be calculated before payment, along with any other applicable duties or fees upon the order's arrival in the destination country for pickup.

  • While we take care to ensure proper packaging and addressing, once your order leaves our warehouse, we cannot assume responsibility for any unforeseen events.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At REGENBOTANICA, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and services.  Our commitment to your satisfaction begins from the moment you enter our website to the moment your order is delivered to your door.

To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following requirements:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please email us via email at regenbotanica@gmail.com for return merchandise authorization within 15 days from the invoice date.

  • Returned merchandise must be in new condition and include a copy of the invoice or packing slip.

  • Upon receiving the merchandise, we will issue a credit based on the original payment method, minus the shipping fee. A 15% restocking fee may apply.

  • Please note that we cannot accept returns after 15 days from the invoice date.

  • For herbal products and supplements, they must be unopened with safety seals and shrink wrap intact. Opened items cannot be returned due to FDA regulations. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us, and we'll assist you to the best of our ability.

  • Products that with 30-day money-back guarantee mark from our site come with a 100% safety guarantee. If, for any reason, you find that our products do not meet your expectations, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We offer a full refund, excluding the shipping fee, with no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Please package your items securely and consider purchasing insurance or a Delivery Confirmation service. We cannot honor credits for packages that are not received or merchandise that is damaged upon return.

Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Refunds are made to the original credit card or payment method used for the purchase or our store credit.
