SKIN AND HAIR CARE PRODUCTS
Our products are carefully formulated for sensitive skin, using gentle, plant-based ingredients. We take great care to avoid harsh components that may cause irritation. And yet, everyone’s skin is unique—so we recommend performing a patch test overnight before full use. If you have specific concerns, please consult with your dermatologist before using any new product.
We believe in the power of all-natural ingredients, but unlike synthetic formulas, they don’t last as long. Our products are best used within 3–8 months unopened, depending on the formula. To keep them fresh longer, you may store them in the refrigerator—this can extend shelf life by about 3 additional months.
Once opened, we recommend using products within 3 months. Toners, essences, and sprays should be used within this timeframe for best results. Some products are labeled with a suggestion to refrigerate—please check the packaging for details.
Because our formulas are natural and minimally preserved, exposure to heat, light, or air may affect texture or scent. If you notice anything unusual when your product first arrives, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll be happy to help.
Our skin and body care products are for external use only. Please follow the directions provided with each product for the best results. If you experience any irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult your physician.
